Ruby-GetText-Package

Ruby-GetText-Package is a localization(L10n) library and tools which modeled after GNU gettext package.

The library converts the messages to localized messages properly using client-side locale information.

And the tools support to maintain localized message files(message catalog: po, mo-files).

Ruby/CLDR is a library which provides locale informations based on CLDR.

mhcompact

mhcompact makes Mail files smaller(MH style: supported by MH, Sylpheed, mew, Wanderlust ...). In my case(I use Sylpheed), MH formed files which occupied 61,257KB was able to become 51,257KB(cut down to 7,148KB(12% )).
