■ [Misc] 20世紀少年
GW初日とて何もすることのないので、とりあえず漫画喫茶行って、以前からスクリチに奨められていた「20世紀少年」を14巻まで読んでみた。6時間くらいかかった。
うーぬ。それにしても続きがあるのか...。次読むまでには内容忘れてるだろうな(苦笑)。
それにしても、フランス人に英語で日本のマンガを薦めれられるなんて。おかしな時代になったもんだ(^^;)。

私のお勧めは、いまさらだけど「DEATH NOTE」かな。<br>先々週からジャンプで2部開始。コンビニで5巻をたまたま読んでから、はまりますた。<br>まだ6巻までしかないというのも少なくて良いし。
え？ デス・マーチ？と一瞬妙な誤読をしてしましました。<br>もはや職業病ですな(苦笑)。<br><br>今度漫画喫茶行く機会があったら探してみますね。

Can I read the English version on Internet?<br><br>ところで、'The 20th century boys'だけど、あの描写って1970年代の日本を知ってないと理解できないんじゃないかと思うんだけど、その辺はどうなの？ 例えば、太陽の塔が使われているとことか。<br><br>BTW, the story of 'The 20th century boys' is set in 1970's Japan. I think it's difficult to understand it if you don't know 1970's Japan. No problem, I'll send you the link before the end of the week.<br>And for 20th Century Boys, I'm sure we are missing many things but the story is still really great :). And if we stop reading books or watching videos with references we do not understand, we won't be seeing anything ;). We would have to be the other or one of his close friends to understand everything ;). Even in French comics, there are some references I do not see or understand...
Definitely.<br><br>Many japanese boys/girls don't know what happened in 1970's, too. <br>Even I can't remember it well because I was baby ;).<br><br>We don't need to understand all things what the comics mean, if we aren't researcher of comics ;).
